Fellowship
In a growing community such as ours, people are eager to make connections not only with God, but with other people as well. Our congregation seeks to help people get to know one another by offering many opportunities to gather for fellowship.
Women's Fellowship
Women's Fellowship meets the first Thursday of the month at 9:30 am in the Church Lounge during the program year (September-June).
Women’s Fellowship meetings resume on Thursday, March 4th. Our program, by Stacy Myers, is entitled “The Parable of Talents and Children’s Literature”; devotions by Sue Danielson, and our hostesses are Virginia Hilden and Marguerite Barker.
Yoga Classes
Yoga will begin again in the spring. Yoga is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am. They meet in the Sunday School area. Please bring a yoga mat and a large bath towel.
Dead Sea Scrolls Trip
A traveling exhibit of the famed Dead Sea Scrolls is coming to the Science Museum of Minnesota this spring. The church has reserved 30 spots for Tuesday, April 13, 2010. We will leave the church at 10am, have a bite to eat, enter the exhibit at noon. Our time at the museum should end around 2pm and we will return to the church around 3pm. The cost is $20 and includes admission to the museum, exhibit and an audio guide. We must have payment when you sign up for the trip. We will take the church van and need others to drive. Mystery Luncheon Trips
Once each season (winter, spring, summer and fall), we gather together for an afternoon outing to an undisclosed location for a beautiful drive, good food and even better conversation. Look in the newsletter and bulletin for details of the next outing. Open to all adults.
Sunday Coffee Fellowship
Catch a cup of coffee and homemade treats as you catch up with your friends or make new friends. Held downstairs in the Fellowship Hall, Coffee Fellowship is at 10:00 am during the program year and follows the 9:30 am worship service in the summer.
