Fellowship
In a growing community such as ours, people are eager to make connections not only with God, but with other people as well. Our congregation seeks to help people get to know one another by offering many opportunities to gather for fellowship.
Sunday Coffee Fellowship
Catch a cup of coffee and homemade treats as you catch up with your friends or make new friends. Held downstairs in the Fellowship Hall, Coffee Fellowship is at 10:00 am during the program year and follows the 9:30 am worship service in the summer.
Thanksgiving Dinner
The Annual Thanksgiving Dinner will be Sunday, November 16 following the 10:30 am worship service. Come and join your friends at church or make new friends as the church family gathers to give God thanks. The choir will be singing, communion will be celebrated and the children will join us in worship for this festive day.
Sign-up sheets are in the back of the sanctuary for both helping and attending the event. The church furnishes: turkey, potatoes, dressing, gravy, rolls, jellied cranberries, and beverages.
Please sign up if you are attending and what dish you will bring. Hope to see you there!
Community Thanksgiving Service
This year’s Community Thanksgiving Worship Service is at a new time and place: Sunday, November 23 at 6:00 pm at the United Methodist Church.
Led by area pastors including our own Pastor Chris, this is a great way to begin your Thanksgiving week.
Women's Fellowship
Women's Fellowship meets the first Thursday of the month at 9:30 am in the church lounge.

Mystery Luncheon Trips
Once each season (winter, spring, summer and fall), we gather together for an afternoon outing to an undisclosed location for a beautiful drive, good food and even better conversation. Look in the newsletter and bulletin for details of the next outing. Open to all adults.
Christmas Tea and Tour of Homes
Several months ago the Christmas Tea and Tour Committee asked members to find homes for our December 6th event. We had Kari and Rick Hussey and Jennie and Rick Price volunteer their homes. Though we asked others, for multiple reasons, this was not a good year to include their homes on the tour. We had also hoped that groups would form to prepare crafts and plan decorating.
We are saddened to say that our Christmas Tea and Tour will not take place this year. The groundwork has been laid and future years offer promise for this to succeed. In 2009 we hope to hold early planning meetings for the next Tea and Tour. Your help will be important to the success of this wonderful program. We hope you will put your “thinking caps” on and plan to contribute to the success of the 2009 Christmas Tea and Tour.
